Living 100 miles away from Murray and having no contacts in the Murray area, we chose Team Spann based on the number of positive reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Mick and Becky were always quick to respond to our every concern throughout the home shopping and then buying process. I was apprehensive about purchasing a property so far away from my home, but Team Spann made the process effortless. From helping coordinate inspections, submitting and responding to offers and counter offers and counter counter offers, right through the remote closing, they could not have been more attentive to our needs. We closed a month ago and they are still being helpful with providing contacts for service providers. It’s unlikely that we will purchase another property in the area, but I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of a top-notch realtor, and when we are ready to sell our Murray property, Team Spann will definitely be our choice.
